Sally Cowdry is Managing Director of Exodus Adventure Travels and Group Chief Customer Officer at Travelopia, the leading experiential travel group. Since joining Travelopia in 2018, she has led the transformation of sales and marketing capabilities across the portfolio and overseen the Tailormade division, before being appointed Managing Director of Exodus in 2024.

With more than a decade of board-level experience across the travel, telecommunications and consumer sectors, Sally has held executive leadership roles at The National Lottery and O2. She is a former Non-Executive Director of The Restaurant Group and currently serves on the board of The Marketing Academy.
