Conference Package

To apply to attend the ATAS Conference 2026 please complete the details below.

In order to register, you must be an ATAS member.

Please note completing this form doesn't confirm your registration at the ATAS Conference.

Conference Package:

• Two nights accommodation at the Hilton Garden Inn, Silverstone, on a bed & breakfast basis.

• Two half days of main stage content, taking place in the afternoon of September 21 and morning of September 22.

• Trade Fair taking place in the afternoon of September 22

• ATAS Recognition Awards

• Two evening social events

  o   Day 1 – A night of Incredible Journeys

  o   Day 2 – Gala Dinner

• Included meals

  o   Day 1 – Buffet Style Dinner at the evening event

  o   Day 2 – Lunch & Dinner

  Conference Accommodation Package – Monday 21 & Tuesday 22 September – Shared Occupancy - £110pp excluding VAT

  Conference Accommodation Package – Monday 21 & Tuesday 22 September – Single Occupancy - £200pp excluding VAT

  Conference Day Package – No accommodation - Monday 21 & Tuesday 22 September - £75pp excluding VAT
  
  The conference package has been subsidised by ATAS and our members and the agent contribution is as stated above.

  Please note the approval process could take up to 14 days. You will then have 14 days to pay for your attendance in order to fully secure your place, otherwise it will be offered to another agent.

  Any cancellation after 1st August will be subject to cancellation fees.
